Our customer was experiencing intermittent PLC stop issues that were hindering production.
Unfortunately, the HMI alarm page on Siemens 840D & 810D didn't give enough information for engineers to correctly diagnose the route cause PLC stop issues. This is a common complaint that can be hard to diagnose without the right equipment.
