Sinumerik NCU 720.3 Reload
A busy week for us so far. Sourced, fitted and reloaded a Sinumerik NCU 720.3 for a customer on their XYZ 710 with Siemens 840DSL control. We also had to correct several further issues with the same machine once we got it up and running. Then it was another XYZ with the older Siemens 810D control with a failed CCU3. Again, we sourced a replacement CCU, saving them several thousand pounds on the replacement. Both boards were sourced, reloaded and fitted by us with our standard 2-year warranty. We continue to support both newer and older generation machine tools with Siemens controls and drives; please contact us for any breakdown or spares requirements.

A proud day today! My 14 year old daughter was one of a select few invited to attend the Mazak UK Cadet Scheme, spending a working week at their UK facility in Worcester.
She has spent the day disassembling and reassembling a small spindle in the spindle workshop.
