VIPA PLC - Faulty 32bit Output Module
I'm so happy to see a green run LED on this PLC on a customer’s wash plant after seeing a red SF LED for the last few hours.
This VIPA PLC looks like a Siemens CPU, acts like a Siemens PLC and even works with Siemens S7 software, but it isn’t Siemens!
Luckily, using S7 and a Simatic Field PG a faulty 32-bit output module was found to be causing the error and throwing it into Stop.
Once they were replaced, we had them back up and running.
We have the software, hardware, tools, equipment and knowledge to interrogate, diagnose, modify and repair anything with Siemens S7 PLC’s.

Another day, another spindle! After more than a decade of solid service in an XYZ TC250, this spindle finally gave up.
