Failure of CCU3 / CCU3.4
Siemens 810D is a great control that we provide a lot of support for and is commonly used across many machine tools, with XYZ being the most popular. A common issue on them is the failure of CCU3 / CCU3.4.
Over time, dirt and coolant ingress cause component failure on the PCB, rendering your machine inoperable. We now have a cost-effective fix for these failures for both CCU3 (6FC5410-0AY03-0AA1, 6FC5410-0AY03-0AA0) and CCU3.4 (6FC5410-0AY03-1AA0).
We offer a fast turnaround repair / exchange service whereby we can either repair and reload your board remotely or attend site and carry out the exchange there.
A CCU3 can be replaced with a CCU3.4 and vice versa. We hold both in stock, both of which are supplied with a 12-month warranty.
Please do call us, even if only for advice. We will always try to help first with advice and remote support. If we cannot help remotely, then we will advise you of the best actions and attend the site to resolve the issue if necessary.
