YCM NXV560A with tool change issues
YCM NXV560A with Siemens 828D control has tool change issues. After a mains air failure, it hung up during tool change.
Our customer was able to manually return the twin arm by winding the cam to the home position; however, the machine still wouldn't change in auto.
After a hard reset of the toolchange Servo amp, re-reference of tool magazine and an update to tool library, we got the machine producing again

We were able to successfully recommission today's machine, a Hardinge VMC Mill with a Sinumerik 810D.
The hard drive and power supply on the PCU50 had failed and there were damaged pins on the CCU. In addition to this, the backup battery had failed.
