What does ServiceM8 mean for our business? We are spending less time on admin functions as there are more automated systems from using this product, this all leaves more time to be on-site and working!
The Track My Arrival Add-on was recently updated with a fresh map interface for customers to track our engineers progress towards them, and smarter GPS usage to improve location accuracy and the customer experience.

This week we have been working on a spindle removal and refurb on a 30 year old machine.
We found this to be particularly challenging, as we had never seen one of these machines before and we were following the failed attempts of another machine tool repair company.
