Root Cause Faults

We get contacted a lot over intermittent and continuing servo drive issues. There are many companies out there who will request that the end user remove all of the servo drives and associated hardware and send it to them for diagnosis and repair.

Ultimately, the customer ends up with a huge bill and, more often than not, is still left with the same issue unresolved and unfixed.

We always advise a site visit from us, we will always endeavour to get to the root cause of the issue and correct it in the most cost-effective manner possible, giving advice to our customers throughout the process.

Through many years of experience, we have developed methods to enable us to quickly and correctly diagnose the source of the faults, coupled with the large amount of spare components that we carry, which enables us to carry out first time fixes.

Please do call us, even if only for advice. We will always try to help first with advice and remote support. If we cannot help remotely, then we will advise you of the best actions and attend the site to resolve the issue if necessary.
