611 Drive Replaced and Reset
611 heaven! Good old 611 drives, our customer suffered a good old bang when the regen failed on his E/R module. Consequently, this took out a 2x25A LT module and power supply.
After resetting the toolchanger position, we checked the spindle orientation (M19) position and found it to be about 15° out.
We worked on the machine on site, all damaged parts were replaced and we managed to get the machine running again.
